If you can speak Chinesse the place is fine for you ;)
The good things first, the apartment is in a really nice part of the city all that you may need is not more than 5 minutes away, the MTR is just about 200 meters. The WIFI speed is good and the apartment does come with cooking equipment (not all apartment has them)
The bad, well the room need a paint because of the humidity of the place, since is the apartment is small when you put the show on, the steam will cover all the apartment.
The really bad thing, if you dont speak chinesse this may not be the place for you. We arribe about 10PM and we got to the address on the website and ask for the apartment, i had a screen capture with the name and address on chinesse but they didnt knew the apartment. We looked around the neighborhood and nothing not sign of it. I had to find a chinesse peaple that was able to speak english and ask him to call the hotel. They had to send someone to show me the apartment because they dont have a reception. So is not that simple if you dont speak chinesse.[2018-06-18 19:13]

The location was great, but the price is way too high for what you get. For the same price you can get bigger apartments with much better conditions in Guangzhou than this. Was pretty dirty, the last days the water pressure was very low, so basically using the washing machine and showering at the same time was practically impossible. In summary: I would recommend the place only if you cant get anything else for more reasonable price. In my case this was the only place I found during the Canton Fair for around 230 RMB a night.
